The development of digitalization and the increasing demands for sustainability are driving Sharia-based organizations to implement adaptive strategies without neglecting Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the integration of Sharia management values in strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation and to develop a conceptual framework for creating sustainable competitive advantage. The study used a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review and conceptual synthesis. Data were analyzed thematically by identifying Sharia values, strategic management stages, organizational capabilities, digital innovation, and strategic outcomes. The results indicate that the values of tauhid, amanah, keadilan, syura, siddiq, tabligh, and fathanah can serve as the foundation for the entire strategic management process. Implementation of these values through Islamic leadership, organizational culture, human resource development, service quality, digital governance, and compliance monitoring can strengthen stakeholder trust. Digitalization can increase efficiency, innovation, and service reach, but its implementation must ensure transparency, data security, fairness, and compliance with contracts. This study produces a Sharia-Based Strategic Management framework that positions organizational capabilities and digital innovation as the link between Sharia values and sustainable competitive advantage. Thus, sharia identity needs to be substantively realized in policies, business processes, and economic, social, environmental, and compliance performance indicators.
